    Hi guys, I had my site hacked and I'm trying to reinstall completely your theme but when I reinstal it keeps loading the options I had before and what i want is to instal it like if was the first time, can you help please?

    Thanks for writing in! 

    If you want to reinstall our theme completely, please follow these steps:

    1. Delete all tables inside your database. You can do that with this plugin

    Once you install it, you will get option in Tools tab in the dashboard. Please take a look

    2. Then you need to reinstall and reimport our demo content. 

    Please, check this chapter from our Official Manual!/getting_started_importing_demo_content

    where getting started and importing our demo is explained step by step.

    That should be helpful, and for any further assistance just send us here your wp-admin access and site URL and we will try to do import job on your behalf.
